5. Exam Information Email:

We will send detailed history exam information one week before the selected exam date.

6. Test Scores and Certificates:

Scores and certificates will be sent within 15 days after the history test date.

Rules and Regulations
AMMA Music History Exam

There are five distinct history tests covering the following:
-
Elements of Music
-
Baroque Period
-
Classical Period
-
Romantic Period
-
Contemporary Period
-

In order to pass, you must receive at least 80 points out of a maximum of 100 potential points for each test.
​

You will receive an e-certificate after passing each test.
​

After passing all five tests, you will be awarded a Diamond Music History Award(via email).
​

Please utilize the study guide and playlist to prepare for the test. Please note that it is only an outline and does not contain the actual test questions.**
​

To pass each level, you must score at least 80 points out of a maximum of 100 potential points.
​

The exam is offered once a year, and during the exam period, 1 to 5 period(s) can be taken.
​

If the applicant does not pass the exam, they will have the opportunity to retake the exam once more during the exam period. However, they must reapply in order to retake the exam.
​

You are free to choose any period's exam.
​

After passing each level, you will receive an e-certificate.
